We provide clear info on materials and measurements — it’s your responsibility to read the descriptions and choose what’s right for you. We won’t be held responsible for incorrect selections.

Faulty Items

If you believe you’ve received a faulty item — first off, We are genuinely sorry. We care deeply about what we make and how we make it. Every design is tested for months, but hey, sometimes life happens.

We want you to love your piece. Reach out to us right away so we can check it out and we will find a solution. Usually, we offer a replacement if we have one in stock. If not, we’ll work with you to find the best option.

Your feedback matters, and we’re here to help.

That said, we won’t be held responsible for damage caused by incorrect care. Every order comes with a Care Guide, and full instructions are available on our website. It’s your responsibility to read and follow those guidelines to keep your jewellery in good condition.
