
Shipping and Handling
Here's all you need to know about our postage and handling process:
Processing Times Ready to ship products (Pre-Shipping):
We aim to process your orders as soon as possible. Once you've secured your favourites, it takes us 2-5 business days to get everything ready for its journey to you.
Handling times might be affected due to high-volume orders. We will advise you if there are any delays with your orders.
Pre-Orders:
Some of our items may be listed as Pre-Order. This means they will be posted at a later date. We will advise the handling times for those items in each product listing.If you buy something ready to ship, but you also got a pre-order piece, your parcel will be sent when your Pre-order is ready. If you wanna arrange two different parceles, please let us know here. Any extra parcels arranged, will have an extra charge paid by the customer.
Shipping Options (AU):
We offer standard and express shipping on all orders, both with optional signature on delivery. While we do our best to get your package to you, please be patient—shipping times may vary depending on your location. Local pickup is not currently available. We are not responsible for lost parcels or incorrect address submissions at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to double-check that the address is correct before purchasing. We are also not liable once the package leaves our HQ and is scanned at Australia Post facilities. Please fill out the form carefully to avoid mistakes. Contact us within 24 hours if you need to change your shipping information. Unfortunately, once the parcel has left our HQ, we cannot make amendments to your order.
If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. We are not responsible for any additional courier or postage charges or refunds.
A tracking number will be provided once your order is processed. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Tracking your order:
Once your order starts its journey, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the tracking details so you can follow along every step of the way.
International Shipping:
Enter your address at checkout to get an estimated shipping fee based on your location. We’re based in Melbourne, Australia.
Please note:
US friends, we love you—but for now we can’t ship to America. We’re working on it and will let you know the moment it’s possible.
Economy Air option does not include tracking. We are not responsible for delays with international parcels. Estimated delivery times exclude customs processing and may be delayed due to factors outside Australia Post’s control. For more info on international shipping, check out:

Combined postage:
If you want to combine orders, email us immediately after placing your order. Do not include notes in the order itself. Please include the order references (#BAMXXX) in the email subject to help us locate your orders faster.
Postage costs may vary depending on the combined parcel weight.
Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders that have already been processed or shipped from Bamba Bamba HQ. If you don’t contact us right away, you’ll need to pay postage for each order separately.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of the fabulous goodies you’ve picked.
Delays and Exceptions:
We do our best to get your order to you fast, but sometimes things don’t go as planned. If there’s a delay, we’ll keep you posted and make sure your package gets to you safe and sound.
