Once is dispatched via Australia post allow 2-20 working days for delivery, as per Australia post sending guidelines. If you wish to speed up the delivery process we have different options at checkout.
Some of our items may come as PRE-ORDER in our online listing.
We have two different Pre Order times.
All our special editions solidos designs normally take 1-2 weeks turn around to postage.
All our hand painted designs have a 3 week turn-around due the amount of work we put into this designs.
This might vary due peak season or Workshop load.
If you buy something that is ready to ship but you also got a pre-order piece, your parcel will be sent when your Pre-order is ready. If you wanna arrange two different postages because you can't wait for that ready to ship item..., please let us know and we will organise it for you. This will have an extra charge paid by the customer.
NOTE: We don't offer local pick up with our tees, totes or hoodies. Our apparel items are shipped straight from the warehouse. If you have also earrings in your checkout these are shipped separately so the shipping fees may incur.
Our tees are printed on demand in Melbourne and shipped from our supplier's warehouse. It takes 5-7 days from the moment you order a tee, tote or hoodie to postage. If you have any other items in your store this will be sent separately.

All our items (unless stated) are sent via Australia Post or Shippit. Please select your postage preference at checkout.
We offer Standard shipping and Express post both with optional signature on delivery.
We will not be held responsible for any lost parcels or wrong address submissions at the checkout. It´s customers responsibility to double check the address is correct. So please double check your details before purchasing. We also will not be held responsible once the package is dispatched from our HQ and the parcel is scanned at Australia Post facilities. Please fill the form carefully to avoid mistakes in your order. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes in your shipping information.
In the case that the parcel comes back to us, we will contact you to arrange your shipping again. We will not held responsible for any courier or postage charges or refunds.
We will provide a tracking number once the order is processed.

We are based in Preston, Victoria. We offer local pickup from our studio. Processing times are as described and we will send you an email to arrange the Pickup time when your order is ready. This option is only available for local customers who are able to travel to our studio's location. Use LOCALPICKUP code at Checkout. If you have any questions please contact us via email.
If the parcel comes back to us because it hasn´t been collected or the address in the order was wrong, it´s the customer's responsibility to pay the postage to be resent. We will not be responsible for any uncollected parcels or address mistakes.
We will ship your items wherever you are. We are based in Melbourne, Australia.
Our website will calculate the postage at checkout depending where you are based at.

We will not be held responsible for delays in international parcels. If you wish to combine orders you need to email us straight away once your order has gone through. Do not attach notes in your orders. Please attach references # to the orders you wish to combine so we can spot them quickly.
There is a cap for items for combining orders depending on the weight of the parcel. Please contact us with your orders and we will advice.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to combine orders that have been processed or left Bamba Bamba HQ. Failure to contact us straight will result in paying postage for your orders as they come through our sales channels.
